Rebuffing all the speculations regarding her item song with Salman Khan in Shirish Kunder’s 3D film ‘Joker’, the ‘Sheila Ki Jawani’ lasso Katrina Kaif clarified that she will not be performing any dance number with the ‘Dabangg’ Khan.
Grapevine had it that Katrina and Salman will be performing a cameo in an item track from the film.
Though Salman might act in this Akshay-Sonakshi starrer film due to his fondness for 3D films, there are no confirmations of Katrina performing in the film.
"It is untrue that I am doing a song with Salman in Joker. There have been no such talks,” said Katrina Kaif.
Speculations regarding the duo performing together began as Katrina Kaif was the female lead in Farah Khan’s ‘Tees Maar Khan’, in which Salman Khan had danced on a rocking track ‘Wallah Re Wallah’.
A source close to the actress told TOI, “Since Farah is close to both Katrina and Salman, people are assuming that she'll approach the two for a song. Nothing has come forth yet. As of the moment, Katrina isn't dancing with Salman to any number in 'Joker'."
Shirish’s ‘Joker’ has been hogging the limelight since its first schedule, which began on Feb. 14, in Chandigarh for the fun and entertainment on the sets.
The first schedule of the film, which turned out be excellent according to Shirish, got accomplished few days ago.
