Asked whether they are hoping to become parents anytime soon, Kim said: "I hope so, I really hope so. Maybe by the end of the year. Well, I won't have a baby by the end of the year, but maybe we'll start trying by the end of the year. After the wedding."
The 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' star also revealed she will be keeping her current surname once she ties the knot with Kris, but will be known as "Mrs. Humphries" at home.
She added: "I think at home and privately, for sure I'll be Mrs. Humphries. Maybe I will make it Kim Kardashian-Humphries, but I think I will always have Kardashian for work. But at home, Humphries."
Kim has made no secret of her desire to have a large family, but recently admitted she had scaled down her plans for six children after seeing how difficult it has been for her sister Kourtney Kardashian to raise her 18-month-old son Mason.
She said: "I do want kids. I want four. I started at six a few years ago.
"I've always wanted a big family. But seeing how much hard work brining up Mason is for Kourt has given me a reality check. I don't think I'll be rushing into that just yet!"
