It was only two months ago that Halle Berry claimed she and her ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry were sorting out a custody arrangement for their daughter Nahla.
But it seems things have again turned sour between the pair, with Halle back in court today for the latest round in their custody battle for the three-year-old.
The 44-year-old actress is said by website TMZ to have claimed in court that Gabriel violated their custody agreement, with her lawyer submitting a lengthy document to back up her claims.
Sources told the site that Halle is concerned for the well being of her daughter while in the care of Gabriel, who was not in court today.
TMZ reports that the documents go into great detail about Gabriel's parenting skills, and sources told Radar that the situation between the couple has been getting increasingly nasty over the past few weeks.
One informer said Halle was being very particular about the time Gabriel picks up and drops off Nahla and was critical of him not taking her to the 'right' places.
'At the end of the day Gabe just wants to get on with his life, and spend time with his daughter in peace - but it just seems that's not going to happen, at least for the near future,' the source said.
Halle recently pulled out of plans to star in Broadway play The Mountaintop, 'due to child custody issues', according to a statement released by producers.
The judge today set the hearing for a later date.
