Brad Pitt has taken up deer spotting.
The 47-year-old actor who raises six children with partner Angelina Jolie is filming his new movie World War Z in Surrey, South East England, and has been using his spare time to get closer to nature in nearby Richmond Park.
“Brad has been staying near Richmond for the past week and will be revisiting for the next few months,” a source said.
“He’s been getting to know the area. He took a few photos of the deer in the park when he went for a stroll.”
Though Angelina is currently in Los Angeles with two of their children, Zahara, six, and five-year-old Shiloh, she will be looking forward to seeing Brad’s wildlife pictures when they reunite as she has previously spoken of his much she admires his photography.
“I love his photography. Some people have a hobby and they find the quickest way into it and are very pleased with the outcome right away,” she said.
“But he’s someone who will really study the camera. He’ll get the most complicated one and really understand the science behind it.
“He’s very critical of his work. I’ll see a photograph and think it’s amazing but he’ll see all the different reasons why it can be better and he’ll work very, very hard to improve it.”
