Kelsey Grammer and ex-wife Camille have temporarily settled their child custody dispute.
The former Frasier actor and The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star who split last year after 13 years of marriage have been battling over the care arrangements of daughter Mason, nine, and six-year-old son Jude and they have now come to an agreement.
According to gossip website TMZ, Camille will have the children more than Kelsey and the agreement accommodates the 56-year-old actor’s work schedule.
However, they are yet to resolve the issue over child maintenance and permanent custody.
Earlier this year, Kelsey who married fourth wife Kayte Walsh in February requested the children were split up, proposing he had custody of Jude while Camille took care of Mason.
In a legal letter, Kelsey stated he wanted to enroll Jude in a Chicago school, while Mason stays in Los Angeles with her mother.
However, Camille argued against this, filing documents claiming a move would disrupt the boy’s education.
The document stated, “The parties’ son, Jude, has repeated kindergarten twice.
“He is now working with tutors so that he can enter first grade at a public elementary school beginning in the fall of 2011.”
Kelsey also has a 27-year-old daughter Spencer from his marriage to dance instructorDoreen Alderman and another daughter, Kandace, 19, from his relationship with make-up artist Barrie Buckner.
