Britney Spears’s former bodyguard claims she used drugs and has bad hygiene.
Former policeman Fernando Flores launched a lawsuit against the Womanizer singer claiming she sexually harassed him last year, and has now filed a new set of court papers further accusing her of taking drugs and not showering for days.
“Based on his former experience as a police officer, Plaintiff (Flores) is informed and believes and alleged thereon that Defendant Spears was often under the influence of illegal prescription and non-prescription drugs, such as Ritalin, Narcon (Naloxone) and methamphetamines,” say documents obtained by RadarOnline.
Describing other aspects of her behavior, the document states, “She broke wind or picked her nose unselfconsciously and unapologetically before [Flores] and others and she was constantly and gratuitously loud and profane in her speech.
“She did not bathe for days on end, did not use deodorant, did not brush her teeth, did not fix her hair, did not wear shoes or socks.”

Flores who was employed by Spears from February to July 2010 is seeking $10 million in damages from the star, claiming he suffered psychological damage, anxiety attacks, depression and insomnia as a result of her behavior.
Sources connected to the singer who is also mother to Sean Preston, five and Jayden James, four have already responded to the latest allegations, telling website TMZ, “He’s a liar”.
Spears’ legal team have already moved to have Flores claims struck, saying he is trying to “embellish on his tale of lewd and sensational allegations.”
In a previous filing Britney’s legal team have said the claims “contain a litany of insults toward Ms. Spears that are clearly designed to prejudice Ms. Spears in the eyes of the public and the Court.”
