Hayley Atwell says she stunned the Captain America movie cast and crew into silence.
The actress who plays the love interest to Chris Evans‘ Captain America has told how she brought the comic book movie to a standstill with her own version of the Woman in Red.
“I had been wearing these very practical costumes for the whole shoot then on this one day, for a date scene, I got to wear this beautiful red dress and super-high heels,” explains Hayley, 29.
“I had no choice but to walk across the set very slowly and upright otherwise I would have looked like a dog’s dinner but it was so embarrassing because everyone stopped. You could hear a pin drop. I didn’t know what to do!”
