Cher says she’ll always be in denial when it comes to growing old.
“I would love to be one of those women who are just so happy with their age and all that – but I just don’t believe it,” she said.
“For me, old age just gets in my way.”
Cher reckons that the real golden oldie is her pal Meryl Streep, her costar in the film Silkwood.
“She’s aging beautifully and she doesn’t care,” laughed Cher.
“It p****s me off!”
