Olivia Wilde 'Divorce trauma is humbling'
Olivia Wilde has confessed that she still feels "wobbly" following her split from ex-husband Tao Ruspoli.
The Cowboys & Aliens actress, who married Ruspoli in 2003, announced the couple's separation in February 2011 and filed for divorce the following month.
Wilde has since told Marie Claire that while she still feels raw from the experience, she ultimately believes that ending the relationship was the best course of action.
"The trauma of the whole thing has been humbling, and for the first time, I'm a little bit wobbly," she explained. "Even though it didn't work, there's nothing I regret about any of it. We're friends; his family is my family."
Wilde added that she thinks it is "healthy" to be single, saying: "You need to know how to be alone and not be defined by another person."
She has also claimed that she split from Ruspoli in order to "avoid living unhappily".
