The Run the World (Girls) hitmaker who is married to rapper Jay-Z stunned onlookers in London’s Oxford Street yesterday when she shelled out $10,000 in the city’s flagship Topshop store before moving on to Selfridges, where she added another $18,000 to her clothing bill.
“It was like that shopping scene out of the film Pretty Woman,” a source said.
“Everyone was gobsmacked by the speed she was choosing clothes. When she hit the shoe section she picked up even more speed. The woman clearly loves footwear.”

Last month, Beyonce splashed out on 25 pairs of designer shoes as a 25th birthday gift for her sister Solange.
Beyonce, 29, is known for her generosity towards her loved ones, last year she treated Jay-Z to a $2 million Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport car – the world’s fastest road vehicle for his 41st birthday on December 4.
